StarToU Release Date & Pre-Registration

When is StarToU’s release date?

The official announcement reviewed on September 8 does not give a full-release date. Its schedule concerns testing: a closed beta in selected regions in the second half of 2026, followed by global testing at a later stage. That beta window should not be presented as a confirmed launch date.

Milestone	What the cited official notices say
Regional closed beta	Planned for the second half of 2026 in the August 20 announcement.
Global test	Planned for later; no date in that announcement.
China technical-test recruitment	Opened August 20, 2026 at 10:30 UTC+8; the notice leaves the deadline to later updates.
Full release	No date stated in these announcements.

This table describes the published plans, not a live confirmation that applications remain open. The China test guide covers eligibility and device recommendations.

How do I pre-register for StarToU?

Use the official English website and select PRE-REGISTER. Follow the form shown there. For the Chinese version, use the official Chinese website or the official TapTap listing.

• Pre-registration records your interest through the official channel.
• A test application submits a questionnaire for a particular test.
• A test invitation confirms selection under that test’s rules.

Do not treat pre-registration as a guaranteed beta slot. The Chinese recruitment process has its own application and notification rules.

Is StarToU coming to Android and iOS?

The official Chinese TapTap listing shows Android and iOS pre-registration. The specific China technical-test notice, however, names Android only and excludes HarmonyOS for that test. A platform listed for pre-registration does not establish access to a particular beta, and Chinese test requirements should not be applied automatically to global testing.

Where can I download the game?

Use the official regional website or store listing for current availability and, if selected, the instructions sent with your test invitation. A reservation listing or a recruitment announcement is not itself a playable client. This wiki does not distribute APKs or test accounts.

While waiting, browse the StarToU character roster, the official gameplay preview, and trailers and member videos.
